Very fast shipment and delivery! But unfortunately IGBT transistor turned out to be fake, although they look quite decent and came in the factory tape .. They call as MOSFET with an internal diode, but the device is defined as a diode. Closed to death .. in one word has an unknown inside structure. MOSFET in it, too, does not smell .. I will not spoil the rating to the seller, as when I opened the dispute he did not go and turned on the fool and instantly agreed to a full refund.
